I spoke with my contact at Lippert and for your trailer axle, you will want to use the etrailer.com Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-K. This will serve as a perfect replacement for your existing assemblies, with the same inner/outer bearings and listed weight capacity. They have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern and all of the bearings, races and seals are included.

One thing to note on your particular axle is that while it is listed on the axle as having a 4,400 pound capacity, it does in fact use 3,500 pound hubs like this one. You will want to keep this in mind, as the total weight capacity of a trailer will always be limited by its weakest component. This means that you should stay under the combined weight capacity of the hub assemblies for the safest and best performance.

If you also need electric brake assemblies, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. This kit will include both the left and right hand assemblies. They are also self-adjusting brakes so they will not require periodic manual adjustments.

I have attached a couple of demonstration videos on the products mentioned for you to check out.
