To use your trailer running lights as accent lights with the trailer plugged into 110 volts, you will need to wire in a 110 volt to 12 volt converter to the 4-Way connector on your trailer.

With your trailer plugged into the campground electric, you will plug the converter into an 110 volt outlet on the trailer. Next, from the 12 volt outlet side of the converter you will need to wire a ground wire to the white (ground wire) on your 4-Way connector. Then, run a wire from the 12 volt outlet side to the brown (running light) wire on your 4-Way connector. This will allow you to have the trailers running lights work when the trailer is plugged into the campground electric.

I do not offer a 110 volt to 12 volt converter. The only thing I would have that would work as a converter for you is the CTEK Multi US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger, part # CTEK56353. This charger could be plugged into a 110 volt outlet on your trailer and use the eyelet-terminal cable, that is included, for connecting to the 4-Way connector to give you power to the trailer running lights. You would need to remove the eyelet ends and hardwire directly to the white (ground) and the brown (running light) wire on the 4-Way connector.

I am including a link to the instructions on the CTEK battery charger.
