Long Ball Mount for Class II Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
What is the longest you have for a 1 1/4inch Class 2 receiver for a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee? I have a receiver part # BM96. Is there something longer that you might carry or at least can suggest.

The longest ball mount we carry to fit a Class II, 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver is the Curt # C45000. It's 13-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the ball hole. However, it only provides 3-7/8 inches of rise and cannot be used in the drop position. Much less than the Brophy # BM96 you have. It does have the same 3/4 inch ball hole diameter as the Brophy.
Another option that may work is the Curt # C45015 that's 11-5/8 inches long. It can't be used in the drop position either but does have 5 inches of rise. It also fits the same hitch ball.
