For your 1983 Dodge D150 pickup you will need to use a hardwire harness, # 18252, because there aren't any T-connectors that are confirmed to fit. The good news is the hardwire harness costs less and is not all that difficult to install at all. I have linked a video showing the process of testing the vehicle wires and installing the harness.
