Recommendation For Towing A Trailer As Well As 4 Bike Carrier Rack
Question:
Im looking for a dual hitch to tow a travel trailer and 4 spot bike rack. Ive looked at the Curt Multipurpose Ball/Hitch, and the dual receiver, but I dont think that gives enough room bike will hit the trailer. Is there a product or products that will allow for this i.e. dual hitch and extension, or? This will actually be used with 2 trailers - 1969 Kit Companion and a 2008 K-Z Spree Trailer.

I've got two options for you. If you have a trailer that is less than 7500 lbs, then you can use the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs # D210 which will not reduce your hitch's tongue weight capacity when the hitch ball is used alone, but will reduce it by 50% when the accessory receiver is used. You can use the Curt Dual 2" Receiver Tube Adapter, 8" Extension # D-192 along with a ball mount like # D-26, but this will reduce your hitch tongue weight by 50% any time it is used in any way.
