The hole in the roof of the RV has to be around 14-1/4 inches square to install the Camco RV Roof Vent, # CAM40480, but it does not need to be exactly this measurement.
Since the opening in your RV roof is 14 x 14, then the fit will be tight but you will be able to install the vent.
When installing the vent it is recommended to use the Camco RV Vent Installation Kit, # CAM25013. The kit includes screws and sealant tape.
