I have a solution for you to tow your 2013 Mini Roadster John Cooper Works behind your RV but the only base plate kit that is available for your vehicle, part # BX1307, is not compatible with the John Cooper Works model. You will need to use a tow dolly.
The Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 has electric brakes and lighting neccessary. It does not come with a trailer connector so to make it compatible with your RV you will either want the Pollak 6-Pole # PK11604 or the Pollak 7-Pole # PK12706. If you are wanting to utilize the brakes you will need to remove that connector and install one of the previously mentioned connectors instead. Your vehicle must have 16 inch or smaller wheels/tires for use of either of these tow dollies.
It can also be a good idea to install magnetic tow lights on your Roadster for extra safety precautions. For this you can use the Custer Magnetic Towing Light Kit # RM-2120. You can either use the included quick splices to connect it to the appropriate wiring or for a more permanent solution you can use Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 instead.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out as well.
