Availability of Wheel and Tire to Replace B78-13 that Has 4 Bolt Mounting Pattern

I have a 4 wheel B78-13 tired glider trailer that has a 4 bolt pattern. Can I get 4 bolt wheels and what tire should I use.

B78-13 is an old tire size designation that isn't used much anymore. The modern trailer tire equivalent size is ST175/80-13.
For that tire size mounted on a 4 bolt wheel you would want the part # AM3S120.
