Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier Recommendation for a 2009 Pontiac Vibe
Question:
Many carriers specifiy a 2" Class III reciever. I have a Class II 1.25 receiver on my 2009 Pontiac Vibe and I was wondering if this carrier will safely mount on it or if I need to buy a 1.25 to 2 adapter and go with one of those?

Actually, the Reese Hitch Cargo Carrier, part # 63155, that you referenced will work on a Class II 1-1/4 inch hitch like you have on your 2009 Pontiac Vibe without the use of an adapter. The Reese carrier would be a great choice for you.
I included review video for this product below for you to check out also to help you decide if it is what you are looking for.
