For your 15,000 lb 5th wheel hitch, the double jaw head is not available without also upgrading the crossmember it mounts to. I spoke with a tech contact at Reese and the best option is the Replacement Head with Crossmember for Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 16,000 lbs # RP30047A. This will allow you to use your current legs and will give you a head that has the dual jaws.

You may also choose to get the entire hitch replaced as the legs will use the same industry standard rails already in your towing setup. For this you will want the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047.
