The Yakima roof rack part numbers # Y00425 and # Y33TR are a confirmed fit as a roof rack for your 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek with raised rails. This rack also has a weight capacity of 165 lbs so it fits that criteria as well. The total weight for this roof rack is 15 lbs.
