If you don't already have a roof rack on your 2017 Ford Focus I recommend starting with the Rola, part # R5101. This rack has a maximum weight capacity of 165 pounds which is the highest rated for your car. You'll need to verify that the Focus's roof can handle the weight of both kayaks before carrying them because you will still be limited by the roof's capacity.

Then to carry the kayaks on the rack you can use the Yakima JayLow # Y04073. It's light (A little over 10 pounds total) so it won't take up much of the roof's capacity. It includes the bow and stern tie-downs, which can be easier to connect to your Focus using Thule's Hood Loops # TH529. You'll need a second set of tie-downs for the second boat, part # Y04031. You could also consider the etrailer tie-down kit # e36ZR that includes tie-downs and soft foam anchors that go inside of your hood or hatch without damaging your vehicle.
