The Lippert C-800 Replacement Klauber Motor # LC138445 referenced in your question is designed to replace the motor on the Klauber C-800 Electric Stabilizer Jack System.
To remove the existing motor on your unit, you will first remove the four mounting bolts, as it appears you have already done. Once removed, there is a rubber casing over the motor housing that you will slide off carefully. There may be some adhesive holding it on. Then there should be two end bolts that hold the motor and housing together. Remove the bolts and then slide the housing off. You should be able to then remove the motor.
