Wireless Brake Controller Recommendation for 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with 4-Way
Question:
Just purchased 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with factory trailer package installed by dealer 4 pin. I need to have 6/7 pin round connector to tow pop-up with electric brakes. What are my options, I also need the 4-pin to tow my utility trailer. What about a brake controller, I like the idea of not adding holes in the firewall and not permanently mounting it to the dashboard, what do you think of the RF unit?

The Prodigy RF brake controller part # TK94FR is a great option for a brake controller. All you would need to install it is the adapter part # 37185 to convert the 4-way to a 7-way and activate the black wire of the adapter and you would be good.
To do that you need to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 through a breaker like part # 9510 to the positive post of the battery and the controller would be ready to use.
