I do have an option that will work with your 43 inch frame spacing but Lippert power stabilizer # LC298707 has a fixed hole spacing of 68-11/16 inches on center so it will not work.
The Ultra-Fab Power Twin # UF39-941707 will fit frame widths of 42 to 77 inches. This model has 22 inches of lift. I have included a link to a video review of this set for you.
