The Chevy factory rail kit does not have any Reese brand 5th wheel hitches that currently fit it. B&W and Curt have hitches that will fit. I recommend the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # C16064 or the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3700 for your application.
For a gooseneck hitch, the only option we have is the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for Factory Chevy and GM Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60692.
Curt made a deal with GM similar to what Reese did with Ford on the factory rail kit, so now everyone else is catching up to the new design.
I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56000 to put a 7-way in the bed of your truck for accessibility and convenience.
