Is the Hopkins Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole a Solid Piece or Can it be Taken Apart

i want to know if this part Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole Item # 37185 is just one solid piece. or can the back of the plug be disconnected an unplugged like the oem for the f150

You can most certainly disconnect the wiring at the rear of the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185.

This 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole adapter can also be found in our Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 along with the additional wiring and other parts needed to add a 7-Pole (or 7-Way) connector to your 2016 Ford F-150 if it just has the 4-Pole.

I have attached videos of both of these products being installed on two similar 2013 F-150s.
