Recommended 5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch for 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with B&W Turnoverball Installed

I have a bandw turnover ball hitch in my 2015 gmc denali shortbed, does the demco highjacker fithwheel hitch with autoslider , install right over my hitch? Or are they not compatible

I do have a solution for you, however the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034 referenced in your question is not compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Hitch on your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500. The Demco Hijacker installs only to industry-standard, above-bed base rails.
I instead recommend the B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400. This will let you quickly and easily convert your B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch to a sturdy 5th-wheel trailer hitch. The RV post will install right into the ball hole of the Turnoverball hitch on your Sierra 2500. This hitch has a gross towing weight of 20,000 pounds and 12 inches of travel front to back for clearance during sharp turns.
