Recommended Trailer Components Between Frame And 2 Inch Square Axle Of Small Trailer

Question:

I would like to replace the springs and hardware on my boat trailer. It is a single axle Lii Rider 14600L, GVWR 780. I would like to replace everything between the frame and the axle. I think I see the correct springs on your website 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 20-3/8inch Long - e84SR, but I cant find the rest. The trailer frame is steel tube 3inch high and 1-1/2inch wide. The axle is steel tube 2inch square. Can you provide the components I need? I note that the springs I mentioned are heavier than I need, so perhaps you have a more suitable spring as well. Please let me know. Thank you.

For your trailer with GVWR of 780 lbs, the best option we have for your leaf springs is the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 20-3/8" Long # e84SR you mentioned but they are definitely overkill. To mount your springs to your frame, I recommend the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 1-1/2" Front, 7/8" Rear # APS1 which will need to be welded in place. To mount your 2 inch square axle, I recommend the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 2" Square Trailer Axles - 4-1/2" Long U-Bolts - Zinc # CE23103.

These components will give you the parts you need to complete your trailer setup.
