The Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # C16520-16020 referenced in your question is indeed confirmed to fit your 2017 Ford F-250 with a 6-3/4 inch bed and the factory rail kit/puck system. This sliding hitch will attach directly to the OEM underbed platform on your truck. It has a gross towing capacity of 16,000 pounds and a nice interlocking 2-jaw system for excellent jaw-to-king-pin contact.

If you do not have one already, I also recommend installing a 5th-Wheel Wiring Harness like the Curt # C56000. This will provide a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck for easy hookup with your trailer. I have attached an installation video for you to look at.
