Does Draw Tite 75876 Fit 2017 Subaru Forester Touring
Question:
I recently got the advice to install a hitch on my 2017 Subaru Forester. The problem is that the videos do not show my model Forester 2.5i Touring. The bumper for this model, according to Subaru, will need to be removed and worked so that a hitch can be installed. I am willing to install a hitch myself, but not bumper. The dealership wants $1,000 for this. U-Haul says they dont know and I will have to bring the car in, which I plan to do. Do you have any advice or experience for this? Just a side note, one can visually identify this problematic bumper, because it will have the back-up sensors.

The Draw-Tite Class III # 75876 trailer hitch is a fit for all models of the 2017 Subaru Forester, this includes your Touring. I have linked an installation video of this hitch for you being installed on a similar vehicle.
I wish we had specific instructions for your model, but Draw TIte does not show the bumper needing to be removed so I wonder if Subaru is thinking of their hitch which does require the bumper to come off.
