Replacement Hub Recommendation for Old Hub with L44649 Inner and Outer when Going to 13 inch Hubs
Question:
Wondering if it is a good idea to upgrade the hub diameter when going to a 13 inch wheel from a 12? Would like to replace the hubs anyway as they are original and nearly 20 years old. Looks like Part 8-258-50-UC1 would be a good fit for my application and comes with all new bearing and races. Originals are not EZ-lubes and the Bearings are L44649, races L44610 on original.

If you wanted to replace you hub and while upgrading your wheels the # 8-258-50UC1 would fit your axle since you said your bearings are L44649. This hub is compatible with 13 inch to 15 inch wheels so it would be a great option.
This hub is also galvanized as well to help fight corrosion.
