Recommended Trunk-Mount Bike Rack for 2014 Subaru Impreza Sport

Question:

Just reading through some questions and now confused as to what type of bike rack I can use on my 2014 Subaru Impreza hatchback sport. It was suggested that due to brake light and that piece above it can not handle the weight of a trunk mount bike rack and that a hitch rack needs to be used. I have already inquired at the subaru dealer and they told me that you can not put a hitch on the back of the 2012 Subaru hatchbacks and they do not recommend it. Are there no trunk mounts that I can use??? Thanks
