Could Flexco Triple Step Replace Flexco Double Step
Question:
Looking for replacement steps for an existing flexco 2 steps with mounting box at 25 inches wide an 7-1/4 inches tall. Fits a 2017 forest river salem cruise lite travel trailer, I want a triple set of steps that will fit 25 inch width an have triple 7 inches s for 3 steps. distance from finished floor to ground is 24 inches. could shim out the 1 inch difference if not other options than 24 inch width. thanks.

The 3 step Flexco part # SMFP-3100 is going to be wider than the 2 step that you currently have. Most likely you'd be able to remove your current mounting brackets and place them closer which would allow you to install them. This is a pretty common solution as long as the opening on your RV is wide enough to allow the added width to fit. It should be but it's worth checking.
