The Fastway Flip Automatic Fold-Up Jack Foot for 2-1//4 Inch Jacks # FA88-00-6500 referenced in your question has a weight capacity of 1,400 pounds. As long as the tongue weight of your trailer remains under its capacity, the Fold-Up Jack Foot can be used both during storage and when the trailer is occupied.
The jack foot will provide a 6 inch extension and is designed for square or round jacks with a 2-1/4 inch outer tube. I have attached a helpful installation video for you to check out.
