Troubleshooting the 12 Volt Power Circuit of a Factory 7-Way Connector on a 2009 Chevy Silverado
Question:
everything works on trailer, brakes, lights, signals. but no power to charge the battery on my dumping trailer. @009 chevy silverado came with factory installed tow package with built in trailer braking. However, no power to the 12 volt power accessory coming from the truck. What do I check? Where is the fuse for that one wire. I can find everything else but that wire on the panels and the manuel

It sounds like there is an issue with the battery charge wire circuit that connects to the fuse block under the hood of your 2009 Chevy Silverado. I attached a link below to a page that shows how these connections are made.
It is also possible that the fuse is blown on this circuit too, you should check your vehicle owners manual to determine which fuses pertain to the 7-way at the rear of your vehicle.
