The Saris Bones 2 Bike Carrier, # SA805BL, is confirmed to fit a 2006 Honda Accord. This rack's arched base arm will accommodate most spoiler, especially factory spoilers.
The Saris can carry two bikes with a weight capacity of 35 lbs each.
If you plan to carry a woman's or alternative framed bike, then I recommend the Kuat Ubar Bike Adapter Bar, # UB01. The Ubar adapter bar will allow you to easily hang a bike that does not have a top tube located on the bike frame. The bar attaches between the seat post and handle bars.
