Can a Reverse Lockout be Added to a Surge Brake Actuator That Doesnt Have a Lockout
Question:
can i ad reverse lockout solenoid T4748800 to part # T1891100

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can add the Replacement Solenoid Valve # T4748800 to the Titan Adjustable-Channel Brake Actuator # T1891100. This will make it so that when you put your vehicle in reverse your trailer will not lock the brakes on you as long as you are using 3/16 inch brake lines.
You will also want to make sure that you protect the solenoid. You can use part # T4835800183 to do so.
