The trailer hitch # C13155 we offer that is a confirmed fit for your 2015 GLK 250 does require minor drilling for installation. I have attached a link to the installation instructions you can check out.
In step 4 of the instructions it states you need to locate the plastic fascia support and drill out the inboard section and enlarge the section to accommodate the 3/4-inch socket needed to tighten the hitch to the nut plates.
