I do have etrack options available for you in a variety of lengths however, none of which are made of aluminum. The materials that our etracks are made of is a zinc plated steel. The load limit for the etrack systems will vary depending on the model however, the majority of their systems are rated for 2,000 lbs such as the Erickson Horizontal E-Track part # E19148.
