Installing Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller on 2009 GMC Sierra

Do you sell the pre wired adaptor for the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional that fits a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE? Thanks

There is not currently a plug-in adapter harness available that will work with your 2009 GMC Sierra 1500.

To install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 (great choice) in your truck, you will just need to locate the blunt cut wires under the left side of the instrument panel, to the left of the steering column. There should be a white label that identifies the wire colors and functions. You will simply hardwire one end of the included Prodigy P3 pigtail harness to these wires and the other end of the harness will plug directly into the controller itself.

There are a couple of connections that will also need to be made under the hood. These steps are detailed in the installation article I attached for your Sierra.
