What is the Mounting Range for the Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller

What is the range of tilt when mounting this brake controller to the dash?

If you check out the two pictures I attached you can see the mounting range that the Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 has. Basically it can point 20 degrees down and 70 degrees up.
It has to set facing the rear of the vehicle squarely as you what you see in the second picture I attached.
