Is this the bracket need for fender 008573 so we can stand on the fender? MJ

To install the Fulton SIngle Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps # F008573 onto your trailer, you can use hardware from previous fenders or L-brackets like # CE26098G-2. These brackets are designed to install 8 inch or 9 inch wide fenders for 13, 14 and 15 inch wheels.
Once installed, this Fulton Fender has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. This indicates how much the fender can safely hold, whether from a person standing on it or anything placed on top of it temporarily.
