I have a solution, but the CIPA Custom-Fit Towing Mirror, # CM11401 is not a confirmed fit for the 2015 Ford Explorer. There are no custom-fit towing mirrors available for your Explorer.
However, we do have the K-Source Universal Mirrors, # KS3891. The K-Source mirrors will clip on to the back of your Explorer's factory mirrors. The clips are use a ratcheting system to secure the tow mirrors to the back of your factory mirrors. The mirror is adjustable and will fit on both driver or passenger side mirrors.
The K-Source mirror is sold in a quantity of 1 mirror. If you are wanting to put a mirror on each side of your truck you then you will need to order two mirrors.
The attached video shows the installation of the K-Source mirrors installed on a 2015 Ford Explorer.
