We do have some custom 5th wheel brackets that will fit your 2006 Ford F-250 but # RP50026 is actually for newer Ford trucks so they will not fit your 2006.

If you already have Reese rails then you can use frame brackets # RP50082. These custom brackets fit your truck and can be used with Reese 4-bolt or 10-bolt industry standard above the bed rails. If you do have rails and they are 10-bolt (with square holes on the side flanges and each end of the rails) the you will also need bolt kit # RP58430. There isn't an available 4-bolt kit.

If you do not have the rails then you would need the complete kit that includes the rails and hardware, # RP50082-58. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
