Timbren Front & Rear Bumpstop Options for 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4

Question:

I read in a prior answer your expert stated to use the same off road bumpstop TABSTOF for both front and rear, Not what I see: Rear is ABSTORSEQ. My next question - seems one would use the regular SES or the Off Road and not both??? This is for my 2007 FJ Cruiser 4x4. Do these add any lift if so how much?

The Expert Answer that you are referring to is for a 2012 Toyota Tundra 4x4. The 2012 Tundra has different rear bumpstops than your 2007 FJ Cruiser 4x4. The part # TABSTORSEQ that fits your Cruiser will not fit on the Tundra.

Timbren offers a few different options for you to add some suspension enhancement for your Cruiser and it all depends on how you plan on using it. The Rear Off-Road Bumpstops # TABSTORSEQ are rated for 6,000 lbs whereas the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORSEQ is also rated for 6,000 lbs. However, this system is not rated for off-road use.

For a front suspension both the Off-Road # TABSTOF and Suspension Enhancement System # TTOFTAC4A options have an 1,800 lbs capacity.

If you do not plan on going off-road then I recommend going with the Front # TTOFTAC4A and Rear # TTORSEQ Suspension Enhancement Systems.

For off-road driving you will want to use parts # TABSTOF and # TABSTORSEQ.
