Should Tandem Axle Trailer Mix Radial and Bias Ply Tires

Tandem Trailer 205/75r14 rear and 205/75d14 front wouls there be a problem?

The letter difference in the tire sizes you referenced indicate that they are of different constructions. The D means bias-ply and the R means radial. I recommend sticking to one type of tire since the sidewall is stiffer on the bias ply which means the radial might be carrying more weight. In general you want the tires to all match in construction to give you predictable trailer handling.
Since radials handle better I recommend going with all radials on your trailer with a tire like the part # 274-000012 which is the size you have in a radial that has a 75 mph speed rating and a 2 year roadside assistance program.
