Tank Fill Kit for a 6 Gallon Valterra Fresh Water Tank # R8012
Question:
Hello, Can you tell me the correct inlet plumbing to use with tank #R8012? I would prefer filling the tank with store bought water, and not hooking it up to a hose. I am not replacing any old parts. I am building a new camper.

I think it's awesome that you are building a camper. Very cool. For a water tank the Valterra water tank # R8012 has 3/8 inch fittings. You can use a fill kit such as # RK908 but you would need to furnish your own hose and likely a big funnel so you can pour the distilled water in it. This is a 6 gallon tank so it would not take long to fill it this way.
