The Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack, # TH934XTR, that you referenced is a great economy 4 bike rack that will work well for your 2017 Nissan Rogue.
I recommend the Thule Camber # TH9056 which is a step up from the Hitching Post Pro rack. The Camber is a lighter rack compared to the Hitching Post Pro.
I also recommend using a bike adapter bar like the Kuat Ubar Adapter Bar, # UB01, on bikes with alterative bike frames like a woman's or kid's bike frame. These types of frames usually do not have a crossbar or the crossbar distance is too narrow to allow you to hang these bikes on a bike rack. The bar will provide a horizontal mounting surface to allow you to hang and secure your bike to the rack.
If you vehicle does not have a trailer receiver hitch installed, then I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75902. This hitch is a custom-fit model that requires not drilling or welding to install the hitch to your Nissan. Also, either Thule bike rack can be mounted in this Draw Tite hitch.
I have attached videos of the Draw-Tite hitch, the Camber rack and the Ubar bike adapter bar for you to review.
