Recommended Hubs And Drums That Work With Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System
Question:
Hi, Im really interested in this axle-less suspension: TASR5200S03. I have a camper thats about 3600lbs when loaded. I want to add brakes but dont know the right terms and what I need. I wish there was an item like A35RD545E for 5200lbs and with the lift. Can you recommend brakes/hubs that would be a good fit for TASR5200S03? Thank you!

I can help you out with everything you need to work with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR5200S03 for your trailer.
The # TASR5200S03 has EZ-Lube spindles so the hub and drum I recommend is part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ. This is a 6 on 5-1/2 hub and drum and includes the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts. This hub and drum assembly will work with hydraulic or electric brakes.
The hydraulic brakes I recommend for this system is part # 23-324 for the left hand(driver side), and # 23-325 for the right hand(passenger side).
If you want to use electric brakes I recommend part # AKEBRK-7-SA. This includes both the left and right hand brakes. These are great because no actuator or hydraulic lines are needed.
If you let me know what kind of brakes you are planning on using I can make recommendations for the balance of the parts you will need. I have attached links to a couple of helpful articles that explain what is needed if you choose hydraulic or electric brakes for your trailer.
