Can Power Grip RV Power Cord Adapter # CAM55155 Be Used with Air Compressor That Draws 23 Amps

I have an air compressor that runs at 23amps and trips my 20amp fuse. With this cam55155 can I connect my air compressor to 30amp outlet with no problems?
