E-Bike Rack Recommendation for 2014 Volkswagen Bug

Question:

I am getting a lot of conflicting information and need help. I have a 20 inch wheel folding electric bike that weighs 45 pounds...add to this that I am 5 ft.2 petite female and 70 years old. I would love to transport my bike to different locations including some extended freeway time in my 2014 VW bug. Please help all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks and cheers.

We do have one E-bike rack that will work great for you. It's the Thule Easy Fold part # TH903202 which is a fit for the lower capacity hitches that fit your 2014 Volkswagen Beetle like the Curt # C11354 and is rated for the heavier electric bikes.

This rack also has a ramp built into it to make loading even easier. The rack does weigh 40 lb, but this is still pretty light considering the weight of most heavier duty platform bike racks.
