Weight Distribution System Recommendation for Coachmen Apex 215BK with 630 lb Tongue Weight

Hi, Im a newbie and have a 2005 Nissan Frontier SE Crew Cab V6, rated max trailer weight is 6300 lbs with max tongue wt = 630 lbs. My trailer is a Coachmen Apex 215RBK tandem axle 25foot travel trailer Dry weight: 4365 lbs Fully loaded weight: 5100 lbs Id like to get your recommendations for a hitch for sway control. The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.

The best weight distribution system we have then for your tongue weight of 630 lbs would be the Strait Line system part # RP66083 which has a tongue weight range of 400 to 800 lbs and features only sway control that works to prevent sway before it starts.

For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
