Roof Cargo Box Recommendation for 2011 Subaru Outback that Allows Rear Hatch Door to Open
Question:
Im wondering if the skybox 18 will fit my 2011 Subaru Outback without interfering with opening the hatchback? The length from the front crossbar to the seam between the roof and hatch is 51.

Thanks for getting me the front clearance measurement of your Subaru Outback. However, the Skybox 18 requires 57 inches of front clearance to allow the rear hatch to open. So you would want to go with a box like the Thule Force L part # TH6357B which has front clearance of 47-1/2 inches which would easily fit.
