The information I have shows that the Tow Ready Replacement 7-Way Flat Pin and 4-flat Combo Adapter Harness, item # 20137, is the correct 7-way and 4-way replacement for the 2006 Toyota 4Runner, that is equipped with the factory 7-Way connector.
You will be able to use the 7-way and 4-way at the same time as long as your backup camera and your backup alarm do not require more amperage than the vehicle circuits can handle. If the backup camera is connected to the tail light circuit in the 4-Way, and the backup alarm is attached to the backup light circuit in the 7-Way you should have no issues.
The Tow Ready Replacement 7-Way and 4-Way Multi-Plug Connector, item # 74682, that you selected will fit the 2010 - 2011 4Runner, if it is equipped with the factory 7-way wiring harness.
