Expert Reply:
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24942 for your 2016 Acura TLX has a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds. So for the hitch the most a bike rack and bikes can weigh is 200 pounds. The vehicle owner's manual does not list a tongue weight capacity since it was not meant to tow a trailer so go by the 200 pound limit on the hitch.
The trailer hitches for your TLX are Class I hitches. You have to make sure the bike rack is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
