When you cannot locate the bearing numbers for your existing hubs, you will just need to measure your spindle at various locations at the bearing seats. I have attached an image that shows exactly where you should take the measurements. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements will need to be as exact as possible. Each specified location on the spindle will correspond with a seal or bearing inner diameter.
You will also want to determine the bolt pattern on your existing hubs to ensure you choose a replacement that will work. I have included an article that explains how to measure this.
I was not able to cross reference the measurements you provided in your question to a compatible trailer hub. If you are able to tell me where on your spindle you took the measurements, I will be happy to help you further. I have included a couple of articles on trailer hubs and bearings that you may also find helpful.
