Can Galvanized Steel Roller Bunks be Left Underwater

Can these be in the water all the time? Want to make a boat ramp

Roller bunks like the # DL21741 you referenced are designed for exposure to water and are galvanized which allows them to be corrosion resistant. That being said if they were submerged long enough they would eventually rust. Most say galvanized steel will last decades in freshwater before rusting.
If it was saltwater it wouldn't last nearly as long.
