How To Find Right Replacement Bearings And Seals For EZ Loader Boat Trailer
Question:
Can you help me out Im needing to replace the above items on my EZ Loader boat trailer. I called EZ Loader they gave me a bearing kit and told me that the seal for EZ Loader boat trailers can only be bought through them. The hubs are 5 bolt pattern, manufactured 08/2001. Please help, I would rather buy from e-trailer then the factory.

If you can give me a little more information about your trailer such as the VIN or model number I may be able to do some more checking to see what hub components you have on your trailer.
We may have the replacement hub parts you need for your trailer but there is an easier way to determine what parts you need. If you remove the wheel and hub on your trailer and then pull your old bearings off you can check for the number on the parts. I have attached a drawing that shows where the part numbers are.
If you cannot find the part numbers on the components you can use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 and measure the spindle where the bearings ride and the inside dimension of the hub.
I have attached a link to the product page we offer for bearings, races, and seals. If you get the dimensions I mentioned let me know and I will be glad to make some recommendations that will work for you.
