The recommended torque spec for etrailer electric trailer brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA is 45 to 70 foot pounds. For compatible nuts and lock washers use # BRKH10B.

The correct hub and drum assembly replacement for your Lippert 4,400 lb axle is the #8-407-5UC3-EZ. This comes with bearings and a grease seal. If you need brakes as well you can use the #LC66WD, or for self-adjusting brakes #K23-478-479.

I called my contact at Dexter about the 10 inch Nev-R-Adjust brakes like part #23-468. They told me when you are installing the brake assemblies to the brake mounting flange, the torque should be between 45 and 50 ft lbs.
